We invite all alumni to become members of Koperasi ASAS Selangor Berhad (KoASAS) and be part of our growing community!

How to Register:

1. Download the membership application form by clicking the button below.
2. DOWNLOAD THE REGISTRATION FORM HERE
3. Fill in the form completely.
4. Prepare the following documents:
   • A copy of your MyKad (IC).
   • Proof of payment for the registration fee and share capital (details are in the form).
     • Membership Fee : RM10.00
     • Minimum Share : RM200.00
5. Make payment to the following account:
   Bank: Bank Islam
   Account No.: 121400 1000 1565
   Account Name: KOPERASI ASAS SELANGOR BERHAD
6. Submit the completed form and supporting documents by using the form below. You can either send a scanned copy or a clear photo of the form and payment slip.
