PARENT/GUARDIAN GUIDELINES

Attendance

Students must arrive by 8:00 AM for registration. Late arrivals may miss important activities.

Health & Safety

Students showing symptoms of contagious diseases should not attend. Ensure your child is healthy.

Dress Code

Students must dress neatly and appropriately for a university environment.

Meals

Food and drinks will be provided. Inform us in advance of any food allergies.

Personal Belongings

Students are responsible for their own belongings. Avoid bringing valuable items.

Photography

Photos and videos will be taken during the event and may be used for promotional purposes.

Emergency

Parents/Guardians will be contacted immediately in case of an emergency.

Behavior

Students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow participants.

Payment Terms

All fees must be paid before the event day. Fees are non-refundable except in case of program cancellation.
